MORE Collection Impact Fund & South African College of Tourism
Impact that Ripples...
We are a community of people with an awareness of spirit, and we believe that our collective talents can create ripples of positive change. We recognise that it is our duty to act and help leave our world in a better place for those who follow.
Our Impact Fund is driven by an impact strategy and shaped by four key pillars. These are integrated into our core operations, strengthening our commitment to sustainable change within our sphere of influence. Our impact flows through our incredible people, who come from the diverse communities and neighbourhoods in which we operate
Education and Training
We have identified education and training as key mechanisms to breaking the cycle of dependency. By implementing targeted initiatives, we invest in our people, equipping them with skills, knowledge and experience that empowers them to actively contribute to our economy.
South African College of Tourism
The College provides professional training to unemployed men and women from impoverished rural backgrounds, to equip them to take up skilled positions in the nature-based tourism industry.
Hospitality trainees complete a comprehensive year-long programme that ensures students gain exposure to all facets of hospitality before specialising in their chosen stream. All training programmes are accredited by CATHSSETA (Culture Art Tourism Hospitality & Sport Sector Education and Training Authority of South Africa) or QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations).
